Richard lives the healthy lifestyle,but to be fair he has "one leg up " on the rest of us since he has no

This week's UPpy Award recipient is Richard Lewin. He didn't spend his mini Florida vacation sitting around a pool. He enjoyed a kayak trip around Biscayne Bay one day and a 20 mile bike ride on another day. AND every day included a 6 mile run. He rounded out his vacation with suitcase arm curls. Great job Richard, keeping yourself in shape from FL to MA!
