We have been writing the Friday Forum for about six weeks. If you have been reading it faithfully and following our advice . . . You have developed the habit of working out every day. You are noticing that your energy level is higher and you can accomplish more in your day. We bet you are sleeping better too
Now. . . it's time to think about what is going in
your body. We all know what we
should and shouldn't eat it's just a question of. . . DO YOU
WANT TO EAT HEALTHY OR NOT. The
trick to all of this is to remember that you won't do it 100%. We advocate a change in eating style not a
diet. Nothing can be accomplished
successfully all at one time. Even your
everyday tasks are comprised of many
small steps. Think of all of the steps from getting in your car and out on to
the road each morning. Key in the
ignition, car in reverse, hit the gas, back out of your driveway, hit the
break, car in drive, give it some gas and go.
Seven steps for a simple task!!! So to change your eating style it's one step
at a time.
MAKE SOME CHANGES . . . GO SLOWLY. . . ONE WEEK AT A TIME
This week's tip CHEW YOUR FOOD SLOWLY. . . PUT YOUR FORK DOWN
BETWEEN BITES. Without any other action you will
reduce your caloric intake. . .
translating into some inches off your waist. In fact, slow down....altogether, and smell the flowers,spend more time with your loved ones
along with reflecting on the important things......
In this same vain.....Money helps, but it doesn't solve the problems.Harvey's Guru,Lou Panakio
has always said this about money.....It is paper with "dead man" pictures......
