don't want as much . . . Did you ever notice that skinny people can stop eating
as soon as they feel full. They can eat
a half of a piece of cake and leave the rest .
They can even eat just a few potato chips . . . or one cookie!

But it’s not
your Birthday every day. It's not your family or friends birthday everyday
either. When there is a birthday to
celebrate you can eat the cake. BUT NOT
EVERYDAY. We are writing about a healthy
lifestyle and eating is a very big part of living.
If you eat
healthy the majority of the time you will feel better, weigh less and look
great in your new party dress.
LET THEM EAT CAKE
Here is a
simple, guilt free cake recipe. Mix a
white cake mix with one can of diet soda or soda water. No eggs, no milk, no oil just diet soda or
soda water and bake as directed on the box.
Try diet orange soda or diet cream soda or flavored soda water. Experiment with different mixes and soda flavors. But not too often! You won't
believe how light this cake comes out !!! It's amazing.
