Craig Lewin is the leading triathlon Swimming coach in this area and he does not need publicity from me, since his "mug" and Endurance Program have been plastered all over the local "rags" on the North Shore of Boston as of late.............

He appears as a "low key"personality who says he believes in "easy speed.....speed through technique".......but don't be fooled......
The trainings during the winter are at the Salem State pool,and the trainees range in age from their 20's to 60's and maybe more.....who knows.
I do not want to scare you,but Craig has some of them swimming 2.27 miles per workout and video tapes the stroke and kicks for posterity along with making you a better swimmer......
