Friends and Family of former Senator Galluccio held a fund raiser in order to raise legal funds to overturn a decision of the Judge that revoked his probation and home arrest after it was determined that he may have brushed his teeth with a paste that had some form of alcohol ...........
I do not see anything wrong with that on two counts; People can spend their "hard earned cash" anyway they wish, and if the "tooth paste" had no banned substance then he should go back to "house arrest"..............
So why am I even bringing this up ?
Ex Senator Galluccio has had a "sketchy" driving record and it appears that he was taken home by the police the night before his "hit and run" incident...........
If the "average Joe" did what he was alleged to have done would he have been driven home or given "House Arrest" for the subsequent offense........and had the opportunity to have his tooth paste of choice.......I somehow do not think so.........
the Defense is now arguing that he pleaded guilty and owed up to his crime..........MAYBE HE DID.......MAYBE HE DIDN'T..............
Did political power or favoritism give him a "sweet heart" deal to start off with ?
