except he goes into this story how we had a surplus a decade ago,and he inherited this huge deficit....and the problems now are because of the recession.............
So lets sum it up..........The Democratic President gave us a surplus over 10 years ago (no mention of the Republican Congress), Republican George Bush caused the deficit ( no mention of 9/11) and the recession caused the increase in the deficit during his Presidency on into the foreseeable future|( no mention of spending program)............so he walks away "whistling with his hands clean "..........easy enough.........
Except.....".You can fool some of the people some of the time,but not all the people all the time"
Politicians for some reason forget that voters like the truth not "spin",and honesty is always the best policy..................
