The Boston Pilot had an article of note by Dale O'Leary 4/17 in which she stated that science is on the side of the Pope as set forth by Edward Green in "Rethinking AIDS Prevention".Author Green looked at various studies and he concluded that.....In many sub-Saharan African countries,high condom use has yet to produce demonstrable benefit....sad experience shows that high HIV transmission can coexist with high condom use.
How can this be?...........O'Leary states that condom education and distribution require substantial changes in behavior...and the difference is that the decision to practice abstinence and fidelity is made with your clothes on,and the decision to use a condom is made with your clothes off......in the heat of passion and many times in the presence of alcohol and drugs
AS STATED BEFORE WE NEED A CHANGE OF HEART....
My thought ......The POPE was saying the above diplomatically.
