MARTHA COAKLEY....THE DAY AFTER.......

I have spent my professional career being an advocate for clients relative to their position and many times their predicaments.......You end up winning and losing....with decisions that are sometimes fair and at other times unjust........The important thing for me was not to fear being "involved".............and still is.......

It is with that thought that I commend Martha Coakley in her post election interview for acknowledging that her poor campaign was her fault and responsibility along with the fact that she had no regrets concerning her decision to run for the Senate........

Advocates and "modern gladiators" share differences in opinion but in the "big picture" they have more in common than not........They are willing to "hang"themselves out to the public and not be afraid of the criticism and consequences which can be exhilarating or as in her case "heartbreaking"

Sometimes you are not dancing "in the streets", but rather getting yourself up and "dusting off" for another day........

THAT'S LIFE............
