Terry O'Neil , President of NOW, is described in her circles as an innovative strategic leader for social justice and change with one of her many accomplishments being the passage of transgender equality laws along with being a successful Attorney and Professor of Law at various Institutions............

Today she was speaking about the " Tebow"Ad as shown on the Super Bowl yesterday........and as paraphrased stated " that it was an insult to women in that it depicted violence against women".............If you have seen it.........do you believe her response has any credibility ?

It is my opinion that she thinks "people" are stupid or she is out of "touch with reality".These remarks and actions take "feminists" off the playing field and make them nothing more than "extremists" who are not to be taken seriously in any meaningful debate.

The game was entertaining,and this is one of the times when a coaching decision really changed the momentum.........The onside kick at the start of the second half was a "game changer" along with the field goal at the end of the half by the Saints.......

I did not intend to make another post today.....but Patrick Kennedy of RI continues on his path to "nowhere".I told you earlier that he needs adult supervision...........

The fact that he is a Congressman is a joke,however the name carried him to this point.Now he uses the power of his office to call Scott Brown's candidacy a "joke".......Oh my !....Oh my!........

This is partially a manifestation of hurt and pain because the Kennedy Seat has gone back to the people...........and also a lack of maturity...........

I am sure today's remarks are going to "bite"him in the upcoming election cycle.......He does not like Scotty's 1st vote so he lowers the hammer........Maybe he feels he has nothing to lose after seeing his "unfavorable" poll ratings..........

How to go "Patches"...............keep it up...You attack the Bishop of RI, Brown .........who else is on your list...........

SUPER BOWL ...... ABORTION.............LIFE AND DEATH..

I have attempted to respect differences of opinion , however the argument over abortion is contentious and the killing of a human or if you wish " a human to be "is serious "stuff." There is no middle ground on the actual issue of whether the termination of life and ultimate death power should be given to us on earth who acknowledge we are not "perfect" and to "err"is human........In my mind to believe that that you have the knowledge to have the power over life or death is more than self centered or egotistical..........Call me pro life............."The more I know the less I know".....and I have no clue as to the mind of our Creator......

Concerning "no clue" who would think years ago that the Super Bowl and abortion would end up on center stage together..........

The fact that Tim Tebow of College Football Fame and his Mother would have an "Ad" in the telecast of the big game talking of her making the choice not to have an abortion in the face of Her having the potential of not surviving the birth of Tim and his chance of having special needs is a compelling story...........

The bothersome part is that Planned Parenthood which calls itself "PRO CHOICE" in their initial reaction attempted to get the spot removed.I guess to them the word choice only means death.......So why don't they drop the charade and call themselves "PRO DEATH" and get on with it........Semantics and "spin"in this serious issue are not going to carry the day.............If you are really for choice you would be celebrating this Mother and Son........

As said at the top....I respect the different sides........but tell it "like it is"......and don't try to win by not articulating where you really stand........You are for "life or death"........

OBAMA......YOUR RIGHT......BUT......

President Obama is right in saying; "You don't blow cash in Vegas ",or" buy a boat if your having trouble paying your mortgage..........a real no brainer ..............however Mayor Oscar Goldman is also right in saying the President is "a slow learner"........This is not the first time he took a shot at the "sin capitol"......and he will here from the people of Nevada come election time......... it may effect Senator Harry Reid in the coming primary months which will be a good thing.

Steve Winn the owner of the largest hotels and Casinos in Vegas is on the record saying he would never "bet",and in his lifetime he has never seen a "high roller "beat the house in the long run.They may win sometime.......but not enough times............

In this discussion he told the story of A Bill Clinton quote allegedly said to Edward's in a phone call; "If I had an Andrew Young working for me I would still be in office....."

Another Clinton quip ; After being told that a group of journalist's picked the "Monica Lewinsky Scandal" the 53rd top story his reaction was "What does a guy have to do to get into the top 50 ? "

You may not have liked his policies,but he has never been "lost for words",and he has done a great job in raising money for relief to person's effected by tsunamis and earthquakes around the world such as Haiti........
